Question about Online Seminars
Thanks a lot,

Response:
Because behind every depression and many other problems there were and are always unfulfilled needs and deficiencies that people (for whatever reason) have not fulfilled.
Depression is always to be understood as an “emergency brake”, as a chance to reflect on what has happened so far, to come to peace and healing, and then to move on to an absolutely new beginning. Today we live too much in the “outside” and thus lose contact with our Self. We need to go back inside to find the forces and potentials within us.
Here in the school (and also in the online seminars) we talk about the possible backgrounds for the development of mental illnesses. At the same time, I educate people about how all these things affect the body and how healing becomes possible. However, I do not dwell on the level of the psyche or the problem; instead, I explain how the body works and how we can change everything as quickly as possible. Of course, everyone has to check this for himself, whether this suits him/her.
What does this have to do with horses?
Horses have a very strong survival instinct. Horses perceive depression or all the above-mentioned states of different frequencies as weakness and life-threatening. Horses have no problem with this as long as they stay in a safe group at the barn and the weak human does not demand something from the horse.
If a human with mental or emotional stress gives a horse a command or even wants to train or ride the horse, the horse can only react instinctively: Either it synchronizes its frequencies because of its attachment to the human and thus also gets into a lethargic state, for example, or it fights and resists the human to survive, or it is submissive (also out of a survival instinct) if it sees no other chance.
Defense reactions never happen out of malice, they are always a matter of survival for the horse. I always teach only the original horse language and the complex knowledge necessary, but no education method. Because education and obedience override all resistance, development is then not possible for a person. And the personal development of people is what chi horsing is all about!
If one wants to build up everything with the horse absolutely non-violently like in chi horsing and wants to train it or wants to leave the herd and the stable safely with the horse, then one must “want” to change his/her vibration level in such a way that the horse feels safe instead of being threatened by self-destructive emotional states. Otherwise, it will keep looking for a chance to get away from that person because it simply instinctively perceives that this person is not taking good care of hi-/herself. From this, the horse takes the information that this person then also cannot take good care of the horse – “taking good care” in the sense of non-violent, courageous, powerful, healthy and joyful, without only fulfilling its needs, but also respecting those of the horse. The latter are the frequencies a horse immediately feels and which it gladly joins.
Many people come to the Saliho School with depression and major psychological problems. Ninety percent of our students, however, after understanding all their lives’ network, have immediately addressed their problems and changed what was possible; simultaneously their relationship with their horses improved. The only thing most of them did not have was knowledge about the interconnectivity of all being, but you can learn about this in the online seminars. If you, however, are looking for a “quick” solution or recipes to achieve peace, you may not find it. Peace always means work on ourselves, peace never starts from the outside. The outside always mirrors only what is inside us.
Best wishes, Alexandra König
